Michael A. Rabasca was born in Livingston, New Jersey in 1983.  He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2011, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2011, and the New York Bar in 2014.  Mr. Rabasca received his B.S., magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2006, and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010.  After graduating from law school, he served as law clerk to The Honorable David B. Rand, P.J.Cv. from 2010-2011.

While in law school, Mr. Rabasca was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review, and his comment, Payton v. New York: is “reason to believe” probable cause or some lesser standard?, 5 Seton Hall Cir. Rev. 437, was published in 2009.  Mr. Rabasca also participated in the Seton Hall Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, in which he assisted individuals in preparing their state and federal tax returns.

 

Mr. Rabasca is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association e-Discovery Committee.  Mr. Rabasca has also authored /co-authored numerous briefs on significant legal issues in cases before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of appellants, appellees, and as amicus curiae. Mr. Rabasca’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Personal Injury; Securities Litigation; and Appellate Practice.
